  Overall, I like Burger King food better than McDonalds, especially the fish sandwich. The service at this Burger King was a little on the slow side and the fish was overcooked.

  They are very rude to thier custumes, the lady that runs the place is never on time and if she is then she can't tell time because the place NEVER opens on time I can understand once in a while things happen but she just don't care I've only been there 2 times because she is very rude the first time we got there at 6:00 that's when they should open, we waited and waited finally she walked through the restaurant turning on the lights as slow as she could not caring that there was cars waiting and a lot of them left, she opened the door around 20 minutes to 7:00 when we went inside to order she was very rude when I asked her what time they opened, I said to her if you changed your hours then they should change the time on the door so people are not sitting in the parking lot waiting for the place to open, she lashed out at me in a rude and raised voice that if I didn't like it there was the door! We took the door, we drive through there on a regular basis so when we stop the 2ed time we thought we would just go through the drive thru thinking it would be more pleasant well it wasn't they are all very rude and have no respect for the custumers, all I asked for was for my hash browns to be done a little more she was rude and told me that they don't do special things for people so we left again. I have never been treated so badly expecially by a place that needs us as customers to keep thier business up and running correctly, but they know that because they don't have some things that all other burger kings have like the chicken fries have a dipping sauce, but they only have some things some of the time because they can't order supplies with out customers help and you don't get that help by being rude, it's not too much to ask for them to open on time or even a few minutes late is fine but when you open almost 30 to 40 minutes late on a regular basis that's what you call bad management, SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. I now must go to mercer Burger King because I won't be disrespected, overall I am happy with the way things turned out because of the way I was treated I started to go to mercer Burger King and they are very respectful and caring and put there customers first, you can have it your way!

  It's good. Not a huge fan of fast food, however B.K. is a choice I will do.
